We will then purchase the domain in your name, purchase the right hosting package for your project and then based on your guidance,design an initial web page for you.
This is then refined/changed in consultation with the client until a satisfactory design has been reached. We will then need you to forward content and images for your site and start to design the website for you.
The cost of a website varies, depending upon the type of site you require. A basic site will cost approx $399, a simple ECommerce site $999, a complex ECommerce site/Database Driven site $1299+. Obviously each site has to be treated on it's individual requirements, but these figures should give you an idea of a ballpark figure.

After the completion of a website project we are available for after sales service. Any slight tweaks or amendments are carried out to the site free of charge in the first month. Any support thereafter will be charged at an hourly rate of $25.

You may move your website to another web hosting service at any time. Once your website design has been completed, we send you a copy of the website on cd. This copy of your website is for your retention.
All our websites are created with search engines in mind and the website design is compliant with search engine guidelines. It is a good idea for your website to be re-evaluated in time as over a period of time the search engines do alter their rules and algorithms and you will want to be certain that your website is kept up to date and complies with new rules etc.
If the website we have designed for you includes a Content Management System then you can access your administration areas from anywhere as long as you have an internet connection and make updates instantly as frequently as you wish. If your website is a smaller website and was designed without using this type of system and you don't have any html. skills, then we can update the website for you. Our charges are very reasonable.
If you do not like the design which we have suggested for you, we will discuss further with a view to ascertaining what type of design you would like to see and then place another "suggested design" in your web area for you to view. We would not like to think that you are not happy with the final website design. Our aim is to design for you a website specific to your requirements which you are completely happy with.
You can make as many changes as you wish to the design template as you wish. We encourage clients to give plenty of feedback so that we can get the design template(s) established as soon as possible.
However, Ron Arts charges on an hourly basis. If you request too many changes to your site design, or if you change a design template after the entire site has been formatted with the template, you will incur more charges.

Yes, monthly we analyze the logs from the Web site (that record every visitor to the site and which pages they view) and produce a detailed (nearly 40 pages) report of activity at the site. It contains the number of visitors, the pages that were viewed, which order the pages were most commonly viewed in, which search engines drove traffic to your site, and which keyword phrases were used to drive that traffic. These monthly reports can be accessed via the Web or we can e-mail a copy of them to you.
Your logo, photos, graphics (if you have them) business card, mission statment or even your business plan. Any of these items will help us get a clearer picture of your business goals. If you need a logo, we can design one for you. Sometimes it's best to have the logo first, as the rest of the site will need to match it's colors etc. If you need a logo design, we offer them in several of our web site design packages.
